Minor moves

The Redskins made some minor moves Thursday that will no doubt be talked about to extremes.

They signed Anthony Alridge, a running back, off the Broncos roster. I have no idea who the guy is and I doubt he'll make the team, but if he sticks around until the preseason it should be interesting. Apparently he is quick. Clinton Portis (not what he used to be) and Ladell Betts (never was) aren't terrible, but they've both taken a crap-ton (technical term) of hits and Betts still seemed to be getting over his injury last season.

Anyway, I have added some links below for his youtube stuff from Houston. He looks decent. Can return kicks. So does Dominique Dorsey, whom the Redskins signed a week ago out of the CFL.

I'm not sure that either Dorsey or Alridge will make the team, but they are both interesting backs who could make some noise.

It's the offseason. Whatchu gonna do.
